Geologist Fugro Geotech Private Ltd..

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site investigations, sampling, and logging.
• Assist more senior geologist/s in planning geological fieldwork.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret of geological and geotechnical data.
• Prepare of borehole logs, geological maps, and cross-sections.
• Support laboratory testing coordination and data interpretation.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geologists, engineers, technicians, operations and project management team within Fugro and with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Participate in training and development programs to build technical competencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Geology, Geosciences, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

A Great Plus If You Meet the Following:

• Internship or fieldwork experience in a geotechnical or geological setting.
• Awareness of industry standards and best practices (e.g., BS, ASTM, ISO).
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
• Knowledge of geological mapping, soil and rock classification, and field logging techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., GIS, gINT, or similar).
• Interest or experience in digitization.
