Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Geotechnical Manager




  • Lead and oversee geotechnical investigations, ensuring comprehensive analysis of soil and rock properties to inform project design.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating effective communication between civil engineers, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop geotechnical design reports and proposals, articulating findings and recommendations clearly for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Soil Improvement ( Construction)




Desired Candidate Profile


  • A Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in both field and office work.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus for international projects.
