Job description
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Order processing and customer relation management
• Ensure an efficient and professional contract management
• Receipt and processing of orders, including the issuance of export documents
• Collaborate with the management level relating to accounting, controlling and legal subjects
• Work on financial tasks, including the preparation of offers and processing of requests
• Maintain existing customer relationships and building up new customer relationships
• Obtaining legalizations/attestations of documents from various authorities in Dubai
• Provide an outstanding customer service, including high-quality telephone support
• Administrative tasks
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
• University degree in a commercial field
• Work experience in customer service, ideally in the FMCG industry
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Customer-oriented, communicative and empathic
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Organised and highly motivated
• Pays attention to details
