Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging GHP/OHS training programs, customizing content for diverse audiences and operational needs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor programs to address specific workplace hazards and risks effectively.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions, incorporating practical exercises, simulations, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning and retention.
  • Assess trainee understanding through quizzes, evaluations, and performance observations to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in OHS training, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of GHP/OHS principles, regulations, and best practices.
