Job Responsibilities

Spatial Data Management and Integrity: Maintain and govern geospatial

databases and digital maps related to waste collection infrastructure, ensuring

data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.

Route Design and Optimization: Leverage GIS tools to develop, optimize, and

simulate waste collection routes, balancing workloads and reducing operational

costs while improving service efficiency.

System Integration and Real-Time Monitoring: Integrate GIS platforms with

ERP, telematics, and mobile applications to provide real-time vehicle tracking,

dynamic routing updates, and seamless data flow supporting field execution.

Spatial Analytics and Reporting: Analyze spatial data trends and incidents to

identify service gaps, optimize routes, and generate interactive reports that

support continuous operational improvement and SLA adherence.

Technology Enablement and Field Support: Promote the adoption of GIS mobile tools,

conduct training for field teams, and pilot emerging geospatial technologies to enhance

data accuracy and future-proof waste collection operations
