The Opportunity
A high-profile global organisation headquartered in Dubai is entering an exciting new phase of international growth spanning numerous industries predominantly in built environment space with aggressive expansion underway. As part of this evolution, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Communications to lead external strategy and enhance executive visibility on a global stage.
This is a newly created role, designed for a heavyweight communications leader with a proven track record in shaping corporate reputation, managing high-stakes media engagement, and advising influential senior executives.
The Role
Reporting into the executive leadership, this person will:
•
Lead strategic positioning and executive profiling for a high-visibility, globally connected business leader
•
Craft corporate & executive leadership narrative and media strategy across key markets
•
Build strong relationships with Tier 1 international business and political media
•
Serve as a trusted advisor during times of reputational risk or issues
•
Support the business as it grows across diverse sectors and geographies
•
Develop world-class content, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership platforms
•
Monitor global sentiment, political movements and brand perception, aligning internal and external messaging accordingly
About You
You ll be a polished, internationally experienced communications leader with:
•
15+ years in corporate communications, ideally across both agency and in-house
•
Experience advising or representing high-profile C-suite or public-facing figures
•
Expertise in executive comms, media relations, crisis/issues, and brand reputation
•
Deep global media relationships especially in business, financial, and political press
•
Sharp geopolitical insight and sound judgment under pressure
•
Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities
•
Gravitas and presence to influence internal stakeholders at the highest level
•
A global mindset, with Middle East regional familiarity an advantage
