The Global Learning and Development Manager will be primary responsible for Managing the end-to-end Global Learning and Development strategy and implementation. Responsible to cover the complete employee life cycle, from the New Hire Onboarding approach, to ensuring employees have the right skills to deliver on their jobs in terms of Technical, Soft Skills and Leadership capabilities as well as the capabilities required for the organization to succeed in the future. The role would be responsible to define the ideal approaches to achieve learning and to create an engaged, learning organization. The role would have matrix reportees responsible for Training within the different regions.
Strategy and Governance:
Define the Global Learning and Development strategy aligned with Company s and the Talent and Development strategic direction.
Proactively communicate the strategy and key focus areas within the Training team, HRBPs and Functional leaders.
Work closely with HRBPs, across the Globe to build, revamp and amend the Learning and Development Policies, process and procedures whenever required.
Design and implement efficient Learning strategies, recognizing the diversity of the Business Units needs, as well as other core learning & development activities (e.g. coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, online training, micro-learning, virtual learning, gamified learning).
Consult with the business to understand key focus areas from a global learning and development perspective to build up the global training needs analysis
Manage the global learning and development plan, calendar and budget to ensure reliable execution of training operation processes (vendor contracts, accounts payables, transcripts, system records, etc.)
Own and drive the company s University
Develop learning curricula, and learning paths maximizing on the different platforms available.
Ensure standardization and consistency of trainings being designed, developed and delivered within Company s across the different regions
Design and develop relevant and engaging training programs/solutions using the most appropriate software or authoring tools (e.g.: e-learning solutions, etc.).
Develop and maintain the global content for Onboarding program. Ensure program is scalable across various regions and leverages technology solutions to deliver a high touch engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Collaborate with Service and Function Heads to keep in-house developed trainings relevant and up to date.
Ensure availability of local experienced trainers in all Business Units capable of delivering business related trainings.
• Manage the branding and communication of all training initiatives across the region to drive high participation rates
Run training and development analytics to ensure impact and adjust the execution of L&D programs & platforms utilized (e.g.: Completion rate, utilization rate etc.)
Lead the look and feel of the Company s LMS system ensuring it is appropriately maintained and updated.
Budgeting and Sourcing:
Set, and monitor the training budget, ensuring critical ROI on all investments made.
Engage with global and regional vendors to negotiate, onboard and ensure proper execution of training programs.
Coaching and Developing:
Coach, and mentor regional training manager team from a technical perspective, ensuring that they are continuously upskilling their capabilities to deliver top notch trainings.
• Bachelor s degree
Minimum of 8 years Proven experience in L&D, Training, or similar
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
Experience in project management and budgeting
