Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Global Logistics Manager to oversee our global logistics operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transportation of goods worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement global logistics strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

2. Manage global transportation operations, including carrier selection, routing, scheduling, and tracking.

3. Oversee international shipping operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

4.Manage global warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.

5. Analyze and optimize global supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

6.Identify and mitigate global logistics risks, including cargo theft, damage, and supply chain disruptions.

7. Ensure global logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

8. Manage global logistics budgets, controlling costs and ensuring cost-effective operations.

9. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

10.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure aligned logistics operations.

Requirements:

1. In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in global logistics management, with a proven track record of success.

3. Professional certifications, such as CSCP, CLTD, or CTP, are desirable.

4. In-depth knowledge of global logistics operations, including transportation management, international shipping, and warehouse management.

5. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex logistics data and develop creative solutions.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, carriers, and external partners.
