About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international business development and sales strategy for advanced Drone Systems (UAVs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong global network and a proven track record in developing international markets within aerospace, defense, or industrial drone sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across multiple regions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with government, defense, industrial, and enterprise clients.
- Build strategic partnerships and distributor networks worldwide.
- Managing key client relationships and high-value contracts from negotiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align product innovation with global market needs.
- Represent the company at major international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the UAV sector.
- Prepare detailed business forecasts, sales reports, and executive briefings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of global sales or business development experience, ideally in UAV, aerospace, robotics, or defense technologies.
- Strong understanding of drone platforms, payloads, and application markets.
- Established international client base and ability to manage multi-regional sales operations.
- Proven success in achieving high-value sales targets and developing new markets.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel globally as required.
