Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to Google s search algorithms to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for company websites and digital products.

  • Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structures to maximize search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the content and product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google SEO, proactively adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and drive high-quality inbound links.
  • Provide SEO recommendations and training to cross-functional teams to foster a culture of search optimization across the organization.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging SEO opportunities within the application and game design industry.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of hands-on experience in Google-focused SEO roles.

  • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable increases in website traffic.
  • Strong understanding of Google s search algorithms, ranking factors, and webmaster guidelines.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Solid grasp of technical SEO concepts including site architecture, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
