Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Manage visa, labor card, and Emirates ID issuance, renewal, and cancellation for employees and dependents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and company policies.
- Accurately process all government-related transactions through relevant systems (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation in alignment with government requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and business units to meet agreed service-level timelines (SLAs).
- Stay informed of changes in UAE government regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
- Handle occupational health certificate (OHC) requests and other employee-related government documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of GR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Government Relations, PRO, or employee services roles within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration rules, and government procedures.
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other UAE government e-service portals.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
