Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and submit all National Social Security Fund (NSSF) documentation and declarations.
  • Handle NSSF forms and reports including R3, R5, R6, R10, and any other required submissions.
  • Follow up on employee registrations, terminations, salary declarations, and amendments with NSSF.
  • Deliver and collect official documents from NSSF offices and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate and follow up with various government entities, including:
    • Ministry of Labor
    • Ministry of Finance
    • Municipalities
    • Other public administrations and regulatory authorities
  • Prepare and process official certificates, attestations, and legal documentation.
  • Follow up on "Katib Adel" (Notary Public) transactions and legal document authentication.
  • Liaise with company lawyers regarding legal documents, labor matters, contracts, and governmental requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and archives of all governmental and legal documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with applicable labor, social security, and governmental regulations.
  • Assist HR and Administration departments with employee-related official documentation and permits.
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and inquiries from governmental authorities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in NSSF administration and government relations is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of NSSF procedures, declarations, and forms (R3, R5, R6, R10).
  • Experience dealing with ministries, municipalities, Katib Adel offices, and legal authorities.
  • Familiarity with Lebanese labor law and social security regulations.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and document management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple governmental transactions simultaneously.
