Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day operations related to the assigned department.
  • Contribute to planning, implementation, and delivery of departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and industry-specific standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in Government Relations / PRO services.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE laws, immigration procedures, and free zone regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication and email handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Arabic language skills are an added advantage
