Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize project documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Receive, review, and distribute documents such as drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper version control and document numbering across all project files.
  • Support the team in updating document logs and tracking the status of submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific documentation requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support related to document handling and archiving.
