Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize project documentation in line with company procedures.
- Receive, review, and distribute documents such as drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control and document numbering across all project files.
- Support the team in updating document logs and tracking the status of submissions.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific documentation requirements.
- Provide general administrative support related to document handling and archiving.
