Roles & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer, you will receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals, allowing you to develop your technical skills and gain valuable insights into the engineering field. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and analysis of engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers
  • Conduct site visits to gather data, assist in inspections, and support project execution
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering calculations, reports, and documentation
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities
  • Use engineering software tools to create models and perform analyses
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and progress reports
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

  • Recent graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in engineering
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
