Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to real-time business operations. The trainee will undergo rotational assignments and support departmental objectives while developing professional and technical competencies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily departmental operations and administrative tasks Support project execution and documentation Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as required Coordinate with cross-functional teams for assigned tasks Participate in training sessions and development programs Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in [Relevant Field] Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS OAice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Skills & Competencies: Teamwork and collaboration Time management Attention to detail Positive attitude and proactive approach
