Roles & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee in Revenue Assurance, you ll play a key role in protecting the company s revenue by ensuring accurate billing, system integrity, and operational transparency. You'll gain exposure to telecom infrastructure, learn advanced tools such as SQL and BI platforms, and work cross-functionally across various business units.

What You ll Learn & Do:

  • Monitor and analyze billing and usage data to detect revenue leakage.
  • Perform system reconciliations (network, mediation, billing, CRM).
  • Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Help develop revenue assurance dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Support audits and compliance processes, contributing to risk mitigation.
