Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 2D and 3D graphic designers.
- Develop and maintain advanced graphic templates, design standards, and presentation formats.
- Oversee quality control and ensure accuracy, clarity, and design consistency across all outputs.
- Create high-quality visual materials, including reports, boards, brochures, and presentations.
- Design complex layouts and reproduction-ready graphics for urban, architectural, and infrastructure projects.
- Support conceptual design by producing sketch renders, diagrams, and early-stage visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and planners to communicate design intent effectively.
- Translate conceptual sketches into accurate visual representations using modeling and rendering software.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior graphic designers and visualizers.
- Coordinate workflow and ensure timely delivery of all graphic and presentation materials.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design studios.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and related visualization tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
- Hand-sketching ability and experience with 3D modeling are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in architectural or engineering environments preferred.
- Professional membership or design accreditation is an advantage.
