Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and website assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Create and deliver high-quality design solutions within specified timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual concepts.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions to meet project goals.
  • Ensure all design files are properly organized, archived, and accessible for future use, maintaining a consistent workflow.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, software, and industry best practices to enhance creative output and innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of design principles.
  • Holds a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, showcasing practical application of design skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), essential for design execution.
  • Exhibits a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, reflecting creativity and technical abilities.
