Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily Content Production: Independently create and deliver high-quality, engaging content (graphics and videos) from Monday to Saturday to maintain a consistent and impactful social media feed with our required target. • Conceptual Development: Proactively generate fresh, diverse, and attractive content concepts daily, tailored specifically to the Real Estate and Consultancy industries in the Dubai market. • Graphic Design: Design impactful social media posts, infographics, stories, and advertisements using industry-standard graphic design tools. • Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) and long-form content, ensuring high production value and engaging storytelling. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with both our Real Estate and Consultancy brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and luxurious aesthetic appropriate for the Dubai market. • Tool Proficiency: Maintain expert-level proficiency in all necessary graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva Pro, CapCut, etc.). • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and visual content styles to maximize client reach and engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor, ideally with a focus on social media marketing. • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing attractive posts and video content. • Expert knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve). • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a capacity to quickly generate high-quality content daily. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a full-time, six-day-a-week content creation schedule remotely. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace. • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor, ideally with a focus on social media marketing. • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing attractive posts and video content. • Expert knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve). • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a capacity to quickly generate high-quality content daily. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a full-time, six-day-a-week content creation schedule remotely. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace. • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
