Graphic Designer Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital media marketing team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and visually appealing designs that drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Design Execution: Create a wide range of design materials, including: Branding materials (logos, business cards, stationery) Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, banners, email templates) Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters) Web and mobile graphics (UI/UX design) Design Tools Proficiency: Expertly utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently. Client Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing managers, copywriters, and developers, to create cohesive and impactful campaigns. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital media or marketing agency. 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer in UAE. Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and styles. Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
