Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and account managers to deliver cohesive visual solutions.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
Create compelling infographics, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Adapt and optimize designs for various digital platforms and formats, ensuring high-quality output.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that align with campaign objectives.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance visual deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
Prepare final artwork files for production and digital deployment, ensuring technical accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
