Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop creative materials for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and social media content
Create visual concepts in line with company branding and marketing guidelines
Prepare artwork and layouts using professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are ready for printing or digital publication
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements
Make revisions based on management or client feedback within agreed timelines
Maintain brand consistency across all company materials
Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Liaise with printing vendors and external suppliers when required
Stay updated on design trends and industry standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in designing for print and digital media, including social media platforms
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and quality
Knowledge of printing processes is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
