Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design engaging visuals for digital campaigns, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest), newsletters, and website banners.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs for different platforms. Create eye-catching designs for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events. Develop and maintain brand identity assets, including brand manuals, style guides, and design templates.

  • Prepare company profiles, corporate presentations, and professional pitch decks. Video & Multimedia Content

  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, social media, and advertising campaigns.

  • Create reels, stories, and motion graphics to enhance brand presence online.

  • Handle video editing tasks including trimming, transitions, sound syncing, and adding subtitles/graphics. Advertising Creatives

  • Develop high-converting creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads. Collaborate with the marketing team to A/B test different designs and optimize performance. Produce graphics and animations specifically tailored for paid advertising campaigns.

  • Marketing & E-commerce Support

  • Support the creation of visuals for email newsletters and digital flyers.

  • Assist in updating website creatives and product visuals.

  • Design seasonal catalogs, brochures, and product lookbooks for e-commerce campaigns.

  • Prepare graphics for product catalogs, presentations, company documents, and any additional design requirements needed by the business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation for YouTube and social media platforms.

  • Understanding of digital marketing creatives, particularly Facebook/Instagram ads and email campaigns.

  • Strong sense of design, typography, layout, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Open to interns, fresh graduates, or junior designers looking to grow their portfolio.

  • Previous internship or freelance experience in e-commerce or digital marketing design.

  • Knowledge of social media trends and how to adapt creatives for engagement.

  • Basic photography or product photo-editing skills.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
