Roles & Responsibilities


Proactively seek opportunities to improve design processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual strategy.

  • Maintain organized file structures and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and ease of access for team members.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback.
  • Conduct thorough research on target audiences and industry best practices to inform design decisions and enhance visual impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create and optimize digital assets for various platforms and devices, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance across different screen sizes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Develop engaging and interactive digital designs, such as animated banners and infographics, to enhance user experience and drive audience engagement.
  • Conceptualize and design visually stunning digital content, including social media graphics, website assets, and email marketing visuals, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; a strong foundation is key.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content design, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, bringing ideas to life.
  • Displays a portfolio of work that highlights creativity, technical skills, and ability to meet project objectives.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Understands the importance of SEO and web design principles, optimizing designs for online visibility.
  • Shows a passion for design and a commitment to staying informed about the latest industry trends.
  • Is fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
