Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing dynamic business is looking for Graphic Designer (for Packaging) in Marketing Dept for its Supermarket business vertical.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate brand identity into innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing packaging layouts, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and ensuring designs are both functional and on-brand. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a solid understanding of printing processes and packaging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and meet product requirements.
• Create artwork and layouts for various types of packaging, including boxes, labels, wraps, and other materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure designs meet both creative and functional objectives.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and printing techniques to enhance the overall packaging quality.
• Conduct market research and analyze design trends to create packaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring all artwork is accurate and meets technical specifications.
• Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
• Work with external vendors and printers to ensure packaging execution matches design intent.
