Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Design professional brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and property advertisements.
  • Develop creative marketing materials for digital and print campaigns.
  • Create engaging social media graphics, promotional visuals, and branding content.
  • Edit, retouch, and enhance property images and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all company marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
  • Support branding and promotional activities with creative design solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative concepts.
  • Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Previous real estate industry experience is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, and creative design work.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Creative thinking skills with strong communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong understanding of visual branding and marketing design concepts.
