Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce print, digital, social media, outdoor, and presentation design materials
  • Retouch imagery, resize artwork, and develop new creative concepts
  • Create campaign visuals, event invitations, advertisements, and promotional materials
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand identity and visual guidelines for all assigned properties
  • Maintain consistency of branding across hotels and outlets
  • Manage multiple design briefs and deliver projects within deadlines
  • Coordinate with marketing teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare files for print and ensure accurate specifications for production
  • Edit photos, adjust layouts, and prepare images for publishing
  • Use major design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and PDF editing tools
  • Create digital assets including HTML-based materials when required
  • Support video editing tasks and prepare media in various file formats
  • Maintain organized project files, artwork libraries, and brand assets
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Adhere to Marriott s quality standards and deliver creative work that supports marketing goals
  • Perform additional design or communication tasks as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum three years of experience in graphic design within media, advertising, design, or marketing environments

  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, visual identity, and layout principles
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand environments
  • Knowledge of Marriott brand standards is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic writing skills are a plus
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and a collaborative working style
