Their programs, such as "Answering the Call" and "Staffing School," provide leadership development, educational programming, and networking opportunities to build a new pipeline of ethical, courageous, and empathetic leaders for public service.About The RoleOur client is seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer to visually communicate their mission and impact across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas about public service, democracy, and leadership development into compelling, on-brand visual content. This role is crucial for engaging our audience, recruiting new servant leaders, and strengthening the overall brand identity of the Academy.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution-heavy role (not leading design strategy but delivering high-quality, consistent creative output).50%: Develop large decks, presentations, and program workbooks (often 60+ slides/pages).25%: Design graphics for website updates + social media assets.25%: Create supporting collateral (print & digital) + merchandise design.Maintain brand tone and voice across all outputs.Collaborate with the Creative Director and program staff to refine designs.Ensure speed, reliability, and high attention to detail in all execution.Essential RequirementsAdobe Creative Suite proficiency (primary tool).Figma familiarity is a plusExperience building large-format documents (workbooks, PowerPoint decks).Ability to execute consistent brand identity across platforms.Strong digital + print skills (social, website, merchandise).Portfolio showcasing range and tone-of-voice alignment.
