Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development:

  • Create engaging visuals, infographics, and promotional graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop on-brand creative concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring that all designs align with the company s brand guidelines and objectives.

Campaign Asset Creation:

  • Design visual assets for paid and organic social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Design banners, web assets, and landing pages that support various marketing initiatives.
  • such as product launches, promotions, and offline events.

Brand Consistency & Innovation:

  • Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring that it resonates with the company s ed-tech audience while staying fresh and relevant.
  • Experiment with new design formats, styles, and techniques to continuously improve the performance and appeal of social media content.

Quality Control & Iteration:

  • Review and revise designs based on feedback from the creative director, marketing team, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to high-quality standards, maintaining consistency in style, color, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Continuously analyze the performance of creative assets, iterating designs to improve engagement metrics such as click-through rates, likes, and shares.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, particularly for social media, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media campaigns, web graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Experience working within an established brand framework while bringing creativity and innovation to visual content.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of branding and ability to maintain consistent design across all materials according to brand identity.
  • Experience in print design for events and knowledge of layouts with proper visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create professional presentations.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva ) and familiar with AI tools for generating visual elements.
  • Skilled in design formatting and preparing final deliverables.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop concepts from scratch to final execution
