Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Track key financial ratios (profitability, liquidity, leverage, efficiency).

  • Identify financial risks, trends, and improvement areas.

Sales & Commercial Analytics

  • Analyze sales performance by product, region, channel, and customer.

  • Monitor gross margins and contribution analysis.

  • Support pricing and commercial performance analysis.

  • Provide structured insights on growth, mix, and cost control.

Power BI & Dashboarding

  • Develop and maintain group-level Power BI dashboards.

  • Automate financial and sales reporting processes.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across entities.

  • Coordinate with ERP and IT teams for accurate data extraction.

Group Performance Monitoring

  • Support monthly reporting cycles and management meetings.

  • Prepare KPI dashboards for senior management and Board review.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 3–6 years’ experience in financial analysis or FP&A.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).

  • Strong Power BI experience (mandatory).

  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity groups preferred.
