Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify design needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand vision.
- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visuals that meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials and platforms.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on design trends to incorporate fresh ideas and innovative solutions into projects.
- Prepare mock-ups and prototypes for client presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Integrate user experience principles into design processes, ensuring intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visual content that enhances campaigns and drives engagement.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a native Arabic Speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; formal education enhances creative skillsets.
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment, showcasing a strong portfolio.
- Familiarity with design principles and practices, as well as experience in branding and corporate identity projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, with an ability to create visually appealing compositions. Knowledge of Magento will be highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to take constructive criticism positively and adapt designs based on feedback to meet client expectations.
- Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and quality in all design outputs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic as well as English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
