Roles & Responsibilities
What Will Be Your Mission
As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing Cartier s visual identity across the MEIA region. You will be part of the Regional Creative Communications team, working on a range of materials that support campaigns and activations across the Gulf, Turkey, and India. From adaptation of global assets to the creation of locally relevant content, you will help shape how our Maison is experienced visually, always aligned with Cartier s image, codes, and tone of voice.
What Will You Do
You will support the following areas:
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Design campaign assets and collaterals including menus, invites, and printed material
- Adapt global visuals to local needs across platforms
- Coordinate with agencies and suppliers on content and production
- Create assets for digital and print: website banners, email campaigns, in-store visuals
- Support layout design and concept execution
- Prepare artwork for production and ensure quality control
- Tailor global materials for different formats and local markets
- Ensure consistency in design across regions
- Uphold Cartier s visual standards and tone across all designs
- Contribute to a consistent brand experience through all creative assets
- Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute ideas in creative discussions and support ad hoc requests
- Manage multiple briefs and meet delivery deadlines
- Organize design files and handle supplier coordination
- Follow up on budgets, invoicing, and production costs
- Stay informed on design trends, creative tools, and industry practices
- Conduct visual benchmarking to refine creative direction
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 2 years in graphic design or art direction
- Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable with Canva and Procreate
- Knowledge of design for both digital and print
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding
- Detail-oriented and structured in work delivery
- Able to manage time across multiple requests
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams
