Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


The role involves preparing, handling, and installing printed graphics, banners, wall coverings, and fabric structures for events, exhibitions, and interior environments.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in large-format graphic installations, fabric tensioning, and working with various materials, while maintaining precision, quality, and full adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Execution:
  • Install large-format prints, banners, vinyl graphics, and fabric structures.
  • Apply adhesive vinyl, wall wraps, and signage on different surfaces.
  • Stretch, mount, and tension fabric structures for ceilings, backdrops, and frames.
  • Ensure accurate alignment, finishing, and high-quality presentation.
Site Preparation & Handling:
  • Prepare all required tools, materials, and site areas before installation.
  • Follow layout drawings, POP plans, and work instructions accurately.
  • Operate hand tools, drills, cutters, and heat guns safely and efficiently
Quality Control & Maintenance:
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure quality, durability, and correct positioning.
  • Perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed on-site.
  • Maintain and care for all tools, equipment, and materials used for installation
Safety & Compliance:
  • Follow company HSE procedures and wear required PPE during all operations.
  • Safely handle and store materials such as vinyl, adhesives, and fabrics.
  • Report any hazards, damages, or safety incidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • knowledge & experience:
Number of years of Experience:
3-5 years of experience in graphics or fabric installation (event industry experience is a plus).
Certification:
Certification in Graphics Installation, Printing, or Fabrication.
Education:
Vocational training
Languages:
English (mandatory)
Systems:
Technical & Functional Skills:
Experience in graphics and fabric installation techniques
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and layouts
Knowledge of different adhesives, mounting methods, and finishing techniques
Ability to work with tools like squeegees, knives, drills, and tensioning systems
Understanding various graphic materials (vinyl, fabric, acrylic, PVC, etc.)

Physical stamina & ability to work at heights if required
