Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiary financials and group reports.
  • Monitor and report on intercompany reconciliations and differences.
  • Collaborate with unit finance teams and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support the preparation of five-year business plans, annual budgets, and KPIs for group entities.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain the Group Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure standardised accounting practices.
  • Lead quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
  • Coordinate with consultants for Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and ICV audits.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
  • Mentor and guide the finance and accounting team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably within diversified manufacturing or engineering groups.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, and audit finalisation.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in ERP-based financial environments.
