Group Head of Tax

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Group s tax strategy in alignment with corporate and investment objectives.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance for all group entities across relevant jurisdictions.
• Advise management on complex tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax and zakat returns, and maintain full compliance with statutory obligations.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize effective tax rates and improve cash efficiency.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities, external advisors, and auditors.
• Oversee tax audits, assessments, and dispute resolutions.
• Develop and maintain the Group s transfer pricing policy and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments (OECD, BEPS, Pillar 2, etc.) and assess business impacts.
• Provide tax advisory support to business units and senior leadership.
• Establish strong governance and internal controls across all tax processes.
