Job Description – Group Digital Marketing & AI Transformation Manager

Location: UAE
Reports To: CEO & Managing Director / General  Manager

Role Objective

The Group Digital Marketing & AI Transformation Manager is responsible for leading the digital growth, marketing modernization, and AI-driven transformation across all verticals of the Group.   This role develops and standardizes digital marketing frameworks, enhances customer acquisition and brand visibility, builds unified digital ecosystems, and drives AI adoption across business functions.   The ideal candidate is a strategic digital leader with deep expertise in full-funnel marketing, automation, analytics, and AI integration, capable of shaping a future-ready organization across diverse industries.

Core Responsibilities

1. Group Digital Strategy & Transformation Leadership

  • Develop and implement a unified digital strategy that supports the Group’s diversified business portfolio.

  • Drive digital maturity across each business vertical, identifying gaps, opportunities, and technology enablement needs.

  • Establish standardized digital marketing and AI adoption frameworks that can be tailored for each sector (Automotive, Healthcare, F&B, Real Estate, Transport, E-commerce, etc.).

  • Lead digital transformation projects including customer experience redesign, digital platforms integration, and AI-based process enhancements.

2. AI Adoption & Automation Strategy

  • Introduce and scale AI tools across marketing, operations, customer experience, HR, sales, and finance.

  • Deploy AI-driven solutions such as predictive analytics, conversational AI, personalization engines, recommendation systems, and automated campaign optimization.

  • Implement advanced CRM and marketing automation powered by AI for segmentation, lead scoring, churn prediction, and lifecycle management.

  • Evaluate and onboard AI technologies aligned with group objectives, ensuring ROI, scalability, and compliance.

3. Digital Marketing Leadership Across All Verticals

  • Build and manage omnichannel digital marketing strategies for each business line.

  • Oversee performance marketing, SEO, social media, content strategy, and reputation management.

  • Develop guidelines for digital brand consistency while respecting the unique identity of each subsidiary.

  • Lead digital campaigns for launches, promotions, cross-selling initiatives, and group-wide strategic priorities.

  • Ensure each vertical maintains competitive digital visibility in the UAE market.

4. Data, Analytics & Performance Intelligence

  • Establish a group-wide digital analytics infrastructure enabling real-time dashboards, BI reporting, and cross-company insights.

  • Define KPIs for digital marketing, AI transformation, customer acquisition, engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor digital performance across all subsidiaries and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.

  • Ensure advanced measurement frameworks including MMM, attribution modelling, and cohort analysis.

5. Platform, Technology & Ecosystem Development

  • Oversee the enhancement of websites, mobile apps, e-commerce stores, and digital customer touchpoints.

  • Support CRM, ERP, loyalty platforms, and marketing applications across different business units.

  • Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools with operational systems.

  • Lead digital modernization projects such as customer portals, appointment systems, automation workflows, and self-service solutions.

6. Cross-Functional & Cross-Vertical Leadership

  • Work closely with CEOs, Marketing Heads, HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams across all subsidiaries.

  • Facilitate digital capability-building programs, workshops, and AI literacy training for employees.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership for digital trends, opportunities, and competitive market shifts.

  • Manage agency relationships and technology partners to deliver consistent results.

7. Innovation, Experimentation & Future Readiness

  • Drive a culture of testing, innovation, and rapid experimentation across digital channels.

  • Lead pilots on new AI tools, emerging marketing platforms, and customer interaction technologies.

  • Identify and evaluate new digital revenue opportunities, digital products, and cross-vertical synergies.

  • Ensure the Group stays ahead of digital trends in UAE markets and aligned with global best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree Computer Science / Digital Marketing / AI

  • 10–15 years of experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, or AI-driven business roles.

  • Strong track record in leading digital functions within diversified, multi-business organizations.

  • Expertise in AI tools, marketing automation, CRM platforms, analytics systems, and MarTech stacks.

  • Deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics across sectors such as automotive, healthcare, real estate, F&B, retail, and e-commerce.

  • Strong command of performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and digital growth frameworks.

  • Experience in deploying AI solutions for process optimization, CX enhancement, and business intelligence.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence C-level leadership.
