Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble complex GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precise dimensions and structural integrity.

  • Perform intricate hand lay-up and spray-up processes, expertly applying resin and reinforcing materials to achieve desired thickness and finish.

  • Safely operate and maintain specialized GRP manufacturing equipment

  • Conduct thorough quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a foundational understanding of technical concepts.

  • Completion of a vocational training program or apprenticeship in composites manufacturing or a related field.

  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as those in GRP fabrication or composite material handling, is highly advantageous.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in GRP fabrication and manufacturing environments.
