Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Heidelberg GTO 2-color offset printing machines efficiently and safely. Handle metallic ink printing jobs (gold, silver, specialty inks) with precision and consistency. Set up printing jobs, including plate mounting, ink mixing, registration, and color matching. Monitor print quality throughout production to ensure high standards and minimal wastage. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining quality output. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality control procedures. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a GTO Offset Printing Operator, specifically on 2-color machines. Hands-on experience in metallic ink printing is mandatory. Good understanding of offset printing processes, color control, and machine setup. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality. Physically fit and capable of handling printing machine operations. Willingness to relocate to Ajman, UAE. Prior experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
