Job Requirement:

  • Welcome guests and direct them to Reception
  • To load and unload luggage from and to vehicles
  • Open transport doors and greet guests
  • Protect guests at the entrance from inclement weather
  • Ensure sufficient number of taxi at the main entrance
  • Familiar with destinations, and rules & regulation as well as the dress code.
  • Obtain taxis for guests or liaise with chauffeurs
  • Manage the traffic in the driveway
  • To ensure Security of guest luggage left in your care and to safely store it and give guest a receipt
  • Know regular guest names and requirements
  • Accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services
  • Answer guest questions and resolve guest problems
  • Promote the Hotel generally
  • Know the names, functions and locations of the Management Team as well as Corporate Directors
  • Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
  • To carry out any other duties as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:1 year work experience in luxury hotel.
