Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought-after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.What is the job?Working as a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inn s brand service style and behavior; you will supervise the day-to-day team with the support of the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager. You ll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.A little taste of your day-to-day:Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest;Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment);Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assists with daily briefings;Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries;Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries;Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest;Responsible for all other ad hoc duties.What are we looking for?Ideally, you ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we re looking for:Minimum 3 years call-centre or hotel operations experience within a 4/5 Star Hotel/Hospitality sectorMinimum 2 years experience in supervisory role.Hospitality degreeAdvanced in writing and speaking English, other languages advantageous.Ability to lead and motivate team membersAttention to detail and service orientation.
