The Guest Relation is the main point of contact for the guests upon arrival until their departure and to handle all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and effective manner

Comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel and Residences, including all departments, services and outlets

Register guests in line (check in/out) with the established guest registration policy

Take payment from guests on departure and close their bills accurately

Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements

Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed to anybody
• Check and action traces in Opera on arrival and departure as well as setting traces sensibly at all times
• Work towards maximizing room revenue by up-selling to a higher rate category and selling the highest possible rates for walk-in guests
• Carry out cashiering duties like foreign currency exchange, paid-outs, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service position at Front Office, preferably in an international five star hotel with more than 200 rooms
• Knowledge of cashier operations
• Knowledge of hotel business operations
• High level of verbal and written English
• Korean speaker is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of OPERA PMS
• Experience in multi-cultural environment.
