Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome Russian-speaking guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide personalized assistance, including check-in/check-out, concierge services, and resolving guest inquiries in Russian.
  • Address guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve optimal solutions and guest satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to Russian-speaking guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the industry.
  • Holds relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrates prior experience in the hospitality industry, showcasing an understanding of hotel operations and guest relations.
  • Offers a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a guest-facing role, reflecting practical skills and expertise.
