To constantly promote the image, facilities and services of the hotel, through effective communications with the clients
Main Duties:
To be available during check-in periods to greets guests and deal with any problems or complaints
Aim to reach the Quality Standards laid down by the hotel.
To implement and maintain a high level of guest relations, bearing in mind the preferences of regular and VIP guests.
To coordinate special events like birthdays, weddings, honeymoons etc
Ensure that all Operating Equipment pertaining to guest relations are always in perfect working condition
Handle any problems and guest complaints when necessary
Be aware of special promotions within the hotel
Ensure close communication with other departments in the hotel
Create an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the Front Office staff
Any other duties of a similar nature that may be assigned by the Front Office Manager from time to time.
