Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience, setting a positive first impression.
- Actively listen to and address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions, enhancing their stay.
- Manage guest profiles and preferences, maintaining accurate records for future visits and tailoring services accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Arab female.
Speaks Arabic and English.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
