Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience, setting a positive first impression.
  • Actively listen to and address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions, enhancing their stay.
  • Manage guest profiles and preferences, maintaining accurate records for future visits and tailoring services accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Arab female.

  • Speaks Arabic and English.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.

  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.

  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
