Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression

Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously

Process check-outs and handle billing accurately, ensuring a smooth departure experience

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests

Promote hotel amenities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and drive revenue

Handle reservations and room assignments efficiently

Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner

Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and inventory management

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a similar guest service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work

Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer skills

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to remain calm and empathetic when handling guest concerns or complaints

Knowledge of UAE culture and customs is beneficial

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
