Ensure guest special requests are fulfilled and proper delivery of guest services is delivered.
Comply with federal, state and local laws regarding health, safety, and alcohol services.
Process guest check-in; confirm reservations, assign room and activate room key.
Follow all cash handling/banking procedures as per standard operating procedures.
Balance and drop receipts according to prescribed accounting procedures.
Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
