Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas, set up tables, and ensure readiness for service
- Guide guests through menu offerings and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Ensure workstations, service areas, and storage areas are clean and organized
- Support smooth guest flow during busy hours and assist team members when needed
- Maintain high hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting setups, and maintaining overall dining presentation
- Follow company guidelines, safety rules, and operational procedures
- Lift, carry, push, and move items as needed to support restaurant operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Less than 1 year of related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service attitude and communication skills
- Comfortable standing, walking, and handling physical tasks during shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive team mindset
- Professional grooming and service etiquette
