Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to welcome customers, greeting them with a smile as they enter the Clinic.
  • Attend inbound/outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner to address queries on Consultation and carries out routing of calls accordingly.
  • Gather information from patients upon arrival by having them fill the required form.
  • Communicate on Doctors appointment, Laboratory/Radiology reports, in case of non-receipt of automated system delivered reports to clients.
  • Scheduling clients for upcoming doctor visits.
  • Maintain record in the database as per the requirement.
  • Coordinate with the logistic coordinator to arrange for sample pick up for laboratory test as per need.
  • Ensure basic knowledge of services rendered and other important information.
  • Notify the line manager on any escalations or operational problems as and when required.
  • Explain Clinic policies or patient and family rights and responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain a clean or orderly reception/waiting room and work area.
  • Follow Compliance with the rules and regulation against fraud and abuse.
  • Maintain front office quality assurance as per the standard and adhere the standard operating protocol.
  • Coordinate repair and replacement of office equipment.
  • Order office supplies and ensure adequacy.
  • Serve as a role model for customer service and mentor support staff.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information of patients.
  • Generates and submits reports to the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsible for the effective and efficient management of Guest Service. This Job position will ensure the effective functional operations of the department and is responsible for serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and addressing them appropriately in order to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Graduation in any field

Experience:

• 2 years’ relevant experience preferred
