Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will ensure that all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a strong guest-focused approach.

Main duties:

  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System
  • Promote packages and special offers to enhance the guest experience
  • Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy
  • Handle group bookings and special requests with great attention to detail
  • Work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Opera or other Property Management Systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving
