Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will ensure that all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a strong guest-focused approach.
Main duties:
- Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System
- Promote packages and special offers to enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy
- Handle group bookings and special requests with great attention to detail
- Work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Opera or other Property Management Systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving
